It’s a pretty straightforward tool to most people – company logo and contact info. But, what if you used your email signature as a marketing tool for each person in your company? Think about it – how many times a day do email recipients see your signature? It’s branding, baby, and it deserves its own spotlight. We started using a service to rotate our email signatures within our Office 365 Email mailboxes, about a year ago. Do you notice it when we email you? Each month, we pick a new topic or offer, for our email recipients to click on and get more information. Karina sets up the design and message, then uploads it to our 3rd party vendor portal and BAM! … All of our staff members have a new email signature.
The beauty in this, in is not just the affordability but the simplicity to deploy. One update is all that Karina needs to do, and then no matter what device any of our staff happen to be using – a PC or Mac computer, an iPad, iPhone or the online email portal – every Sent Email will automatically pick up the new signature on its own, as it leaves the Microsoft Office 365 servers.
We have two versions – one for replies and one for new Emails. And we add in hyperlinks to landing pages on our website for each new signature we create.
